Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction:
- Let's start by making sure your dirt cup is properly seated in the unit and there are no gaps.
- Empty your dirt cup by pressing the release button on the lid and rocking the cup out, once removed open the trap door (B) by pressing the release mechanism (A).
- Once you have removed and emptied the dirt cup, you should remove the rinseable filter located underneath the tank's lid. You can remove the filter by turning the lid counterclockwise and puling the filter out.
- If you are currently cleaning, tap your filter until clean then replace it in the unit, otherwise rinse the filter under water until it's clear and squeeze it to remove excess water. Allow 24 hours to dry then replace it in the unit.
- After cleaning the rinseable filter, tilt the unit back and release the latch to remove the exhaust filter located underneath the dirt cup, in the unit. Turn the base counterclockwise and lift the filter cover.
- Once the cover is removed pull the filter out of the filter casing and tap the filter until clean or wipe down any remaining dust with a dry cloth. Do not rinse!!
- Once done cleaning, replace the filter in the unit and lock the casing in place by turning it clockwise. Make sure the filter casing is turned completely sealed, by aligned the notch with the marking on the unit.
- Lastly, check your hose airpath and extension tools for any clogs. Make sure your vacuum is upright, check the two connection points on your handle (A), then press the hose release button (A) and check for any debris or clogs.
- Lastly, we recommend laying your unit down and checking the nozzle entrance for any clogs. For more information, please visit here.
