This article contains information on how to fix suction issues on the ONEPWR Evolve Pet.
TIP: Toggle your vacuum MODE so that it's appropriate to the type of floor you're cleaning
Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction:
- Let's start by making sure your dirt cup is properly seated in the unit and there are no gaps.
- Empty your dirt cup by pushing down the latch on the lid, then rocking the cup backwards.
- Hold the dirt cup over a trash bin and press the release button to empty it, then just lock it in place.
- After emptying the dirt cup, remove the lid and the separator filter and clean out any debris and dust. Once it's clean replace it in the dirt cup.
- Once you have removed and emptied the dirt cup, you should remove the rinsible filter located underneath the tank's lid. You can remove the filter by pressing the open button on the lid and pulling on the filter.
- If you are currently cleaning, tap your filter until clean then replace it in the unit, otherwise rinse the filter under water until it's clear and squeeze it to remove excess water. Allow 24 hours to dry then replace it in the unit.
- Lastly, check your hose airpath, tilt your unit backwards and press the hose release button on the nozzle. Clear out any debris or clogs, then plug the hose back into the nozzle until you hear it click. (IF YOUR HOSE IS BROKEN OR TORN, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE)
NOTE: Other Common places for clogs can be inside the Dirt Cup
NOTE: It is recommended to change the filter (AH43000) every 6 Months for ultimate cleaning performance.
TIP: It's also recommended to clean your brush roll and the airpath inside the nozzle cover. For more information visit here.
