NOTE: Once the dirty water tank gets filled, the automatic shut-off is engaged and suction is lost.

Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:

          1. Turn your unit off and remove the dirty water tank. You can empty your tank by lifting the lid and emptying the tank.

          2. After emptying the dirty water tank, it is recommended to inspect and clean any debris from the filter located under the dirty water tank.

          3. After you have cleaned the filter and emptied the tank, make sure you close the lid properly and sit the tank in the unit firmly. There should be no gaps in your lid for optimal suction.

          4. Inspect your hose for any kinks or tears. If no issues are found, remove the accessory tool and clear out any clogs that could be in the hose and the accessory.tool2accessory

TIP:
You can fully remove the attachment from the hose, by pressing on the grey release button (on newer accessories) or by carefully lifting the plastic lip (on older accessories)

TIP: You can drop a coin through the hose to check for clogs, then use a non-sharp stick to rid the hose of those clogs.
