Spotless Portable Cleaner - Leaking

If your Spotless is leaking, follow the following steps:

    2. Your clean water tank cap should be clean and installed correctly in the tank to prover any leaking.
    3. If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit. You can empty the tank through the quick cap on the top of the tank or by turning the cap on the bottom counterclockwise, there should be no gaps once the tank is properly placed in the unit

WARNING: We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass. You will notice this because the unit will leak from the exhaust port underneath the unit.

TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.

TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
