NOTE: Once the dirty water tank gets filled, the automatic shut-off is engaged and suction is lost.

Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:

        1. Turn your unit off and remove the dirty water tank. You can empty your tank both by opening the spout or by removing the lid, this is done by pulling on the latch and rocking the lid backward.dt2-2dirt tank 2

        2. After emptying the dirty water tank, it is recommended to inspect the filter for any debris.
        3. After you have cleaned the filter and emptied the tank, make sure you close the lid properly by lining the notches on the back and rocking the lid forward, locking the latch in the front. There should be no gaps in your lid for optimal suction.
        4. Once the tank and filter have been cleaned, remove the nozzle from the unit by pulling up on the latch and pulling forward.

        5. Once you have removed the brush roll, check the suction opening and filter, to clear any clogs or debris. It is recommended to clean the nozzle to maintain optimal suction power.
        6. To replace the nozzle, line up the two tabs on the base of the nozzle with those on the unit and rock the nozzle back into place.

Note: When the unit is picked up or the Nozzle is not attached properly, it trips the Dirty Water Tank Float and stops the suction. Please reset the float and avoid lifting the unit.

If the hose attachment has low/ no suction

  1. Remove the hose and the solution port by unlocking the knob and pulling it away from the unit.
  2. Remove the attachment tool from the hose and clear out any debris.

  3. Once both the hose and the attachment tool have been cleared of any debris, reattach them back together, plug the hose firmly into the unit, and turn the locking knob.
  4. Once you're done using the hose extension, make sure to lock the solution port and hose port latch for optimal suction.

CAUTION: Do not pull the hose sideways or at an angle, it can cause the solution port to break.

TIP: You can drop a coin through the hose to check for clogs, then use a non-sharp stick to rid the hose of those clogs.
