WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank, please contact our customer service team.

If your PowerDash Pet is leaking, follow the following steps:CT1-3

  1. Make sure your clean water and solution tank is not overfilled and placed properly on the unit. Also remember to tighten the clear water tank lid firmly.

  2. If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit, do this by rocking the tank into the unit to ensure proper sealing.

  3. Also, check there are no gaps on the tank lid to ensure no leakage and proper suction.
  4. If both tanks are empty and properly placed, check the rubber seal under the dirty water tank. Sometimes, debris clogs around that area and prevents the seal from properly closing around the tank. Use a cloth to clear the area of any dirt or debris and then place the tank back into the unit.

TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.

TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
