CAUTION: We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass. You will notice this because the unit will leak from the exhaust port.

If your Floormate Deluxe is leaking, follow the following steps:

  1. Remove your clean water tank from the unit.
  2. Open the tank and make sure it's filled to the correct quantity.
  3. Once the tank is filled, seal the lid properly and firmly.
  4. Align the bottom of the tank with the unit and then rock it back into place. Make sure the rubber intake port in the unit is clean and clear any debris before placing the tank in place.cLEAN TANK 1cLEAN TANK 2
  5. Now, pull the dirty water tank by rocking it out of the unit.
  6. Lift the tank's lid by pulling on the side notches.
  7. Ensure your filter is free of dirt and debris. Rinse under water until clean.
  8. To place the tank back into the unit, align the bottom of the tank with the unit and then rock it back into place. Make sure the rubber intake port in the unit is clean and clear any debris before placing the tank in place.

TIP:  Once you're done cleaning, keep the unit ON for some time to allow all the water to make its           way to the dirty water tank, this will reduce leaking once the machine is OFF.
