PowerDash Pet Compact- Not Dispensing

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your unit's handle needs to be properly installed  

for the dispensing trigger to work.

  1. Uninstall the handle by removing the clean water tank
  2. Press the push pin found on the back of the unit, after the tank is removed

  3. Reinstall by pushing the handle base into the unit, you will hear a click once each end locks

  4. Place clean water tank back onto the product and ensure it is properly seated

TIP: Make sure your clean water and cleaning solution tanks are filled to the correct measure.

My unit does not dispense water or solution.

  1. Once you have verified your tank is properly filled, make sure it is sitting correctly in the unit.
  2. If your unit continues not dispensing, add hot water to your clean water and solution tank. Run your unit with hot water for a couple of minutes to help remove any build-up gunk inside the nozzle distributor bar.
  3. Lastly, remove the nozzle by pulling the latch to unlock it and check for any debris or clogs on the distributor bar.Nozzle-1
