PowerDash Pet Advanced - Leaking

TIP:  Do not overfill your solution tank, doing so could cause over foaming in the dirty water tank, leading to a liquid bypass and, hence leaking.

WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank, please contact our customer service team.

If your PowerDash Pet Advanced is leaking, follow the following steps:

  1. CT2Make sure your clean water and solution tank is not overfilled and placed properly on the unit.

  2. If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit, do this by aligning the tank's bottom with the unit and then rocking it into place.

  3. Also, check there are no gaps on the tank lid to ensure no leakage and proper suction.DT1-2

  4. If both tanks are empty and properly placed, check the rubber seal under the dirty water tank. Sometimes, debris clogs around that area and prevents the seal from properly closing around the tank. Use a cloth to clear the area of any dirt or debris and then place the tank back into the unit.

TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.

TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.



The Hose extension is leaking

NOTE: Inspect your hose for any kinks or tears.

  1. Make sure your Hose and solution port are properly attached and locked in the unit.
  2. Check that your attachment tools are properly installed, you should hear a click once its locked in.

CAUTION: Please inspect the solution port at the connection point of your hose, there should be two white rubber rings on the port. If the rubber rings are not there, they could be stuck inside the solution port in the unit causing the leak, please find the and install them back on the hose port.
