This article contains information on how to fix suction issues on the PowerDash Go
Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:
NOTE: Once the dirty water tank gets filled, the automatic shut-off is engaged and suction is lost.
- Turn your unit off and remove the dirty water tank. You can empty your tank by pressing the release button and removing the lid.
- After emptying the dirty water tank, it is recommended to inspect the filter for any debris. The filter is located under the dirty water tank.
- After you have cleaned the filter and emptied the tank, make sure you close the lid properly. There should be no gaps in your lid for optimal suction.
- Inspect your hose for any kinks or tears. If no issues are found, remove the accessory tool and clear out any clogs that could be in the hose and the accessory.
NOTE: Your hose can be removed for cleaning and inspection by removing the 3 screws at the bottom of the unit. Once the hose has been inspected, reattach it to the bottom of the unit firmly to prevent any leaks OR LOSS OF SUCTION.
TIP: You can drop a coin through the hose to check for clogs, then use a non-sharp stick to rid the hose of those clogs.
