TIP: Your unit has "Rinse or Wash" modes. Please ensure you have selected the appropriate mode for the item you are trying to dispense.

  • Rinse: This will only dispense water to remove residual solution from your carpet.
  • Wash: This will dispense a mix of both cleaning solution and water.

TIP: Remember to press the handle trigger to dispense water and solution, then release the trigger to dry all the water.

  1. First, confirm your unit's handle is properly installed and locked in the unit.
  2. Once you have checked your handle, verify your tank is properly filled and sealed, and make sure it's sitting correctly in the unit.

  3. If your unit continues not dispensing, add hot water to both your clean water and solution tanks. Run your unit with hot water for a couple of minutes to help remove any build-up gunk inside the nozzle distributor bar.
  4. Lastly, remove the nozzle and check for any debris or clogs on the distributor bar.

PowerScrub Elite hose extension does not dispense water or solution.

TIP: Follow these steps to ensure your pump is primed.

• Fill the clean water tank (no solution needed)
• Remove the hose and recline the unit
• Squeeze the trigger on the handle for 15 seconds. Use the machine to suck up the water that was dispensed
• Reinstall the hose and solution port
• Place unit on an elevated surface and begin dispensing with the hose below the unit
• Once the hose sprays as expected, the pump is primed, and the user can clean as normal

  1. If priming the pump did not help, remove the hose attachment from the unit port by twisting it to unlock it. You need to pull out the solution hose and insert a small object (like a pen) in the solution port to ensure it is dispensing properly.

  2. Once you verify the solution port is dispensing, rinse both ends of the hose under warm water. It is recommended to do the same for the attachment heads.
  3. Lastly, put your clean hose back into the port, and make sure is firmly plugged and locked in.

CAUTION: Do not pull the hose sideways or at an angle, it can cause the solution port to break.
