Follow the following steps if your unit has low suction:

DT1-4
  1. Pull the dirty water tank (A) by rocking it out of the unit.
  2. Lift the tank's lid by pulling on the side notches (B & C).
  3. Ensure your filter is free of dirt and debris. Rinse under water until clean.
  4. To place the tank back into the unit, align the bottom of the tank with the unit and then rock it back into place.

NOTE: The automatic shut-off mode is activated when the dirty water tank is full.

Once the previous step has been completed:

  1. Press the release knob on your nozzle, then pull it forward NOT upwards.
  2. To remove the Brushes, press the latches on the sides (B) to release.
  3. Once the Brush is removed, clean any debris or blockage in the nozzle and the suction port in the unit.
  4. To replace the Brushes, align the brushes with the locking port (D & C) then push it in until it clicks.
  5. Clean your nozzle, then align the nozzle with the latches underneath the unit. Once aligned rock the nozzle into place, you should hear a click once properly installed.brsteps-1

TIP: Use a non-sharp wire or stick to try and remove any clogs inside the suction port.
