This article contains all the steps necessary to fix leaking issues with your Carpet Cleaner.
WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank, please contact our customer service team.
NOTE: Please empty the solution tank after using, prolonged exposure to the solution can eat the rubber seal on the tank's lid leading to leaks.
If your carpet cleaner is leaking, follow these steps:
- Make sure your clean water and solution tanks are not overfilled and placed properly on the unit.
- If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit, do this with the tank pointing down to ensure proper sealing.
- Also, check there is no debris in your filter and no gaps on the tank lid to ensure no leakage and proper suction. Once the lid is placed back, secure the latch to properly seal it.
TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.
TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
The Hose extension is leaking

- Make sure your Hose and solution port are properly attached and locked in the unit.
- Check that your attachment tools are properly installed.
