TIP:
 Make sure the unit is reclined, the brush roll won't spin in the upright position.

TIP:  Your Brush roll stall might be on, this happens when your brush roll gets jammed. Turn the unit OFF for a moment then turn it back ON. If the brush roll continues stuck see the steps below.

If your Streamline's Brush roll is not working, follow the following steps:

  1. To access the brush roll, remove the nozzle from the unit by pinching the notches on top and pulling out.

  2. Grab the Brush roll side with the notch and pull up to remove.

  3. Remove any tangled debris and clear the brushes under running water.

  4. To replace the brush in the unit, align the other side of the brush roll to the drive gear. Then press the tab down until it snaps in place. Rotate the brush roll by hand to ensure it is placed properly.

  5. Once done replace the nozzle by lining up the nozzle with the unit and pushing it in until it clicks.

WARNING: If troubleshooting is ineffective, place the unit on the self-cleaning tray and press self-cleaning. 

  • If the brush roll starts spinning, retry using the unit.
  • If the brush roll doesn't spin and the nozzle light flashes, a replacement nozzle is needed.
  • If the brush roll does not work and there are no lights, contact a customer service agent.
