WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank or hose, please contact our customer service team.

NOTE: In the newer CleanSlate models, the hose is removable and can be replaced if broken. Check the underside of your unit to spot 4 removable screws.

If your Clean Slate is leaking, follow the following steps:

    1. Make sure your clean water and solution tank is not overfilled and placed properly on the unit.

    2. Your clean water tank cap should be clean and installed correctly in the tank to prevent any leaking.

    3. If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit, there should be no gaps once the tank is properly placed in the unit

    4. If your hose is leaking, inspect the hose for any kinks or tears, if you see any contact customer service.

WARNING: We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass. You will notice this because the unit will leak from the exhaust port underneath the unit.

TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.

TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
