WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank, please contact our customer service team.
NOTE: In the newer CleanSlate models, the hose is removable and can be replaced if broken. Check the underside of your unit to spot 4 removable screws.
- The part number for the hose replacement is 440015573
If your CleanSlate is leaking, follow the following steps:
- Make sure your clean water and solution tank is not overfilled and placed properly on the unit
- Your clean water tank lid should be clean and properly latched on the tank to prevent any leaking.
- If necessary, empty the dirty water tank by pulling open the latch and clear out any debris or clogs from the filter grill underneath the dirty water tank.
- If your hose is leaking, inspect the hose for any kinks or tears, if you see any contact customer service
WARNING: We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass. You will notice this because the unit will leak from the exhaust port underneath the unit.
TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.
TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
