Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:
- Turn your unit off and remove the dirty water tank from the unit by pressing on the release notch. Release the tank lid and empty it.
- After emptying the dirty water tank, it's important to inspect and clean the filter for any debris. Pull the filter out of the lid and rinse until clean. Remember to allow up to 24 hours for it to dry.
- Once the tank and filter have been cleaned, remove the nozzle from the unit by pinching the notches on the top and pulling it out.
- Check the suction opening and clear any clogs or debris. It is recommended to clean the nozzle to maintain optimal suction power.
- To replace the nozzle, line up the nozzle with the unit and push it in until you hear it click.
