Power BI: Direct Free Goods

This training session will guide leaders on how to access and analyze direct free goods data using Power BI.

1. Click on Direct Free Goods

2. Select "Free Goods Analysis" Click the menu (three lines)

Select "Free Goods Analysis"
Click the menu (three lines)

3. Adjust Filter Criteria

Date Range: Choose specific date range or choose the year

Item Number: You can view DFG for specific models

 

Default Criteria: We will bookmark this during training

  • Program Code = CTC1D

  • Transaction Type = Canadian Consumer Order, Consumer Order, Hoov CA Consumer Order and Hoov Consumer Order

  • Customer Low = All (excludes Samples & Samples Canada)

 

Click arrow to close & save

6. The chart below will show a month over month view of DFG.

If you hover your mouse over the chart, it will provide details for the specific month

8. Agent Details & Product View

Agent Details will be shown in the bottom chart to view who placed the order. You can also see additional details by scrolling to the right, including cost of free goods, customer name and quantity sent.

Any chart or page can be exported into Excel
