Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction

  1. Let's start by making sure your hose and attachments are clear from clogs, without cracks or tears and properly connected.
  2. To install hose, align “J” slot in hose coupling with tab inside the suction port. Insert hose in port. Twist collar clockwise to lock hose coupling in port.
  3. Attach the adjustable extension wand. Twist and push to lock tightly when attaching. Attach the tool you would like to use to the extension wand. Twist and push to lock in. Make sure there are no clogs on these connection ports before connecting them.

  6. Next, you should check your micro filter. After removing the filtration bag, lift up on the finger tab and pull out. Once out, remove the micro filter from the frame, replace it if needed (roughly every month, according to use)
  7. Insert the frame back and close the latch properly.

  8. Once the micro filter has been checked and replaced, do the same for the HEPA filter.  On the side of your unit push down the HEPA filter door tab to pull out.
  9. Slide the HEPA filter up and out. Insert a new filter by aligning the slots on the side of the filter with the tabs on the filter door. Once the filter is replaced, place the HEPA filter door back in until it snaps into place.

NOTE: It is recommended to replace the micro filter when the inner filter bag is replaced.  Replace the HEPA filter every 6 months. Replace more often if vacuum is used to pick up fine particles or in extremely dirty areas.

NOTE: Please use ONLY ORECK approved filters and bags.partsbuy
