Air Response purifier (S,M,L) - Not working right
This article contains all the steps necessary to fix filtering issues with your purifier or if dust is scaping your unit.

NOTE:
CAUTION: Remove any plastic coverings from new filter(s) before installing
Follow these steps if you're experiencing bad performance
- Your unit's display will illuminate to notify you if you need to change the Odor filter. Light will appear
approximately every 6 months based on 12 hours of use per day. This may happen more frequently depending on usage. - To replace the odor filter, remove the unit's cover by pulling out from the unit. Remove the filter and replace it with a new one, then replace the cover.
- Your unit could also notify you to change the HEPA Media filter. Light will appear approximately every 12 months based on 12 hours of use per day. This may happen more frequently depending on usage.
- To replace the HEPA filter, remove the unit's cover by pulling out from the unit. Remove the filter and replace it with a new one, then replace the cover.
- Lastly, every time you change a filter in your unit clean the dust sensor on the side of your unit. Clear out any debris by gently wiping clean with a cotton swab or using a vacuum hose. This will help ensure the air purifier continues to operate at maximum performance
TIP: If your unit is constantly displaying a red or purple light, your dust sensor might be dirty. Wipe it clean to accurately sense the pollution in the room.
