Whole House Rewind- Power/ Chord Issues

This article contains all the steps necessary to fix power and chord issues with your Vacuum.

Follow these steps to fix your unit shutting off:

TIP: Make sure your unit is properly plugged into a functional outlet.

NOTE: Your thermal protector may have been activated. A thermal protector has been designed into your cleaner to protect it from overheating.
                       1. Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug it. 
                       2. Empty the dirt cup, and clean the nozzle, the filter, and the hose connector.
                       3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is cleaned resume cleaning.

WARNING: 
It is possible for the extension cord to warp/ Kink due to overheating. The user needs to pull out the cable until the yellow sticker shows, to prevent overheating while coiled up.

DO NOT PULL PAST THE RED STICKER THAT FOLLOWS THE YELLOW ONE

TIP:  To return the cord for storage, hold the plug and press down Cord Release Pedal on side of the cord reel. Hold the plug when rewinding onto the cord reel. Do not allow the chord to whip when rewinding.
