NOTE: If the brush roll is clogged or tangled, it will activate automatic shut-off. Remove debris and tangles and then resume cleaning.

NOTE: Your thermal protector may have activated. A heat protector has been designed into your cleaner to protect it from overheating.
                       1. Turn off the cleaner and unplug it.
                       2. Empty the dirt container and clean the nozzle, filter and hose connector.
                       3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is clean, resume cleaning.

TIP: If you find it difficult to push the vacuum, the brush roll may stop, try adjusting the nozzle height to the appropriate setting for your floor type.

Follow these steps to fix your brush roll:

  1. Position your unit so you can access the bottom.

  2. Remove the 7 screws on the bottom of the unit to remove the mouthpiece guard.

  3. Once you have removed the nozzle guard, pull the brush roll up and off the belt.

  4. Cut away any tangles or debris and replace the brushroll in the unit by passing it through the belt and aligning the ends with the unit. We recommend using your hand to turn the brush roll to ensure it is installed correctly

  5. Once the brushroll is installed in the unit, replace the nozzle cover and secure the 7 screws in place.

Follow these steps if your belt is damaged or broken

  1. Following the steps above, slide the damaged belt off the motor shaft and replace it with a new one.

  2. Once you have correctly positioned the belt on the motor shaft, slide the brushroll across the belt.

  3. Place the end cap on the non-belt side of the brushroll into place on the unit, then carefully stretch the strap until the other side of the brushroll snaps properly into place.

  4. Lastly, replace the belt cover and the 7 screws on the unit.
