Install by pushing the handle base into the unit, you will hear a click once each end locks. ![tilt unit](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/tilt%20unit.png?width=202&height=293&name=tilt%20unit.png) **NOTE:** Make sure the unit is reclined, the brush roll won't spin in the upright position. Step on pedal "**1"** to tilt the unit backward. ![Pedals](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pedals.png?width=193&height=234&name=Pedals.png) **TIP:** Make sure your clean water and cleaning solution tanks are filled to the correct measure. ### My *unit* does not dispense water or solution. 1. Once you have verified your tank is properly filled, make sure it is sitting correctly in the unit. 2. If your unit continues not dispensing, add hot water to your clean water and solution tank. Run your unit with hot water for a couple of minutes to help remove any build-up gunk inside the nozzle distributor bar. 3. Lastly, remove the nozzle by pulling the latch to unlock it and check for any debris or clogs on the distributor bar.![Nozzle-1](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Nozzle-1.png?width=238&height=232&name=Nozzle-1.png) --- The *Hose extension* does not dispense water or solution. **TIP:** Before cleaning, prime the pump. Press the dispensing trigger to rid any air trapped in the hose. 1. If priming the pump did not help, remove the hose attachment from the unit port by pressing the locking button and pulling it out. Insert a small object (like a pen) in the solution port to ensure it is dispensing properly. ![hose 4](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hose%204.png?width=316&height=219&name=hose%204.png) 2. ![hose3](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hose3.png?width=261&height=191&name=hose3.png)Once you verify the solution port is dispensing, rinse both ends of the hose under warm water. It is recommended to do the same for the attachment heads. 3. Lastly, put your clean hose and attachment tool back into the unit, and make sure they are firmly plugged and locked in. **CAUTION:** Please inspect the solution port at the connection point of your hose, there should be two white rubber rings on the port.
