This article contains all the steps necessary to fix power issues with your Streamline.
NOTE: Information Label located behind the clean water tank.
TIP: If the unit does not turn ON, make sure both the handle and the Battery are properly installed. Both items should "click" one properly placed into the unit.
The following are some battery signals your unit will display.
- Make sure you place your unit on the charging tray or replace the battery with a charged one.
- Your thermal protector may have been activated. A thermal protector has been designed into your cleaner to protect it from overheating.
1. Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug it.
2. Empty the dirt cup, and clean the nozzle, the filter, and the hose connector.
3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is cleaned resume cleaning.

NOTE: Remember to properly install the handle into the unit. In case you need to remove the handle, there is a button behind the clean water tank, press it and pull up to remove handle.
