React/ Fusion- Low/ No Suction

This article contains information on how to fix suction issues on the React/ Fusion.

TIP: Toggle your vacuum MODE so that it's appropriate to the type of floor you're cleaning. If there’s no words illuminated, the vacuum will be in “Suction Only Mode”.

NOTE: If your unit is clogged a warning sign will show on the screen. Remove any debris and tangles then turn the unit ON again to continue cleaning

Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction

    1. Let's start by making sure your dirt cup is properly seated in the unit and there are no gaps. Align the hook to the front, then push the dirt cup backwards, until it locks in place.
    2. Empty your dirt cup by pressing the Handheld release button. Pull to separate the Handheld from the Reach Wand.
    3. Hold the dirt cup over a trash bin and press the release button to empty it, then just lock it in place.

    4. After emptying the dirt cup, pull the rinseable filter away and tap over a trash bin to remove dirt. Rinse filter under warm water until water is clear. Allow filter to dry for 24 hours or until completely dry before reinstalling.
    5. Once you have removed and emptied the dirt cup and cleaned your rinseable filter, make sure that your separator filter is also clear of debris.
    6. To clean the separator, lift to remove. Clean dirt and debris by wiping it down with a cloth, then place back into dirt cup.
    7. Lastly, check your hose airpath. Your unit has 2 connection points, one located underneath the tank and another at the nozzle. Press the release mechanism and ensure the airpath is free of debris and clogs.

TIP: It's also recommended to clean your brush roll and the airpath inside the nozzle cover. For more information visit here.
