*ONEPWR Emerge Brushroll Noise/Seized

This article will outline troubleshooting steps for addressing noise and seizure issues with the ONEPWR Emerge Brushroll.

Step 1: Request a Video 

Request a video of the issue and pictures of the nozzle and the Brushroll (BR) when installed.

NOTE: It is essential for the customer to capture these images prior to any troubleshooting steps, as they provide crucial insight into the installation of the brushroll.

  • Ask for a side view and top view of the locking arm with the brushroll installed.
  • Ask for picture of Drive gear side of the brushroll
  • Ask for video of the drive gear with unit on and no brushroll installed – verify that the brushroll can rotate

 


Step 2: Verify the Arm on the Brushroll is in the correct position

Verify the Arm on the brushroll is flush with the side of the nozzle and that the arm is in the locked position.

Step 3: Verify there is no damage on the brushroll

 Verify the drive side of the brushroll is free of damage

Step 4: Verify the drive gear spins

Verify the drive gear on the nozzle spins and is free of visual or auditory defects when brushroll is removed.
