Unit not Charging/ Won't turn ON.
TIP: If the unit does not turn ON, make sure both the handle and the Battery are properly installed. Insert handle into body, then insert screw and tighten until secure. 
NOTE: When inserting and removing battery, ensure the switch is in the off position marked “O”. To remove pull on release lever located on end of battery and pull out gently.
NOTE: Your thermal protector may have been activated. A thermal protector has been designed
into your cleaner to protect it from overheating.
1. Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug it.
2. Empty the dirt cup, and clean the nozzle, the filter, and the air path.
3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is cleaned resume cleaning
