Your clean water tank lid should be clean and properly latched on the tank to prevent any leaking. 3. If your hose is leaking, inspect the hose for any kinks or tears, if you see any contact customer service **WARNING:** We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass.
