Vacuum has low/ no suction
NOTE: Your battery might be dying or about to die. Check your indicator light to ensure you have enough battery power. Some suction power might be lost once the battery is drained.
Follow these steps to ensure proper suction

- If your unit has low suction, your dirt cup might be full. Press the release button on the unit and rock it out of the unit.
- Once the cup is removed, use the grip located in the filter to pull the filter screen out.
- After the filter and filter screen have been removed, empty the unit.
- Finally, to replace the dirt cup. Align the bottom of the cup with the notch on the unit and rock it back until it locks in place.
- If you are still experiencing reduced suction, it might be time to change your filter. Take the dirt cup out and remove the black filter housing, then pull the filter puck out.
- Rinse the filter under water until clean or replace it if necessary, then reassemble everything back in the unit.
