To ensure your unit is properly charging, inspect your charger cord for any kinks or tears. It is recommended to check the outlet is working properly. 2. If using the charging base, the cord should be inserted at the bottom of the charging stand at the **unlocked** position. Once the charger has been locked in place, make sure to place your unit firmly on the charger and confirm the charging light is blinking. 4.
