If your squeegee is broken or missing, let us know through chat. ### Follow these steps to ensure proper suction 1. If your unit has low suction power, your dirt cup might be full. Press the release button on the cup and rock it out of the unit. 2. Once the cup is removed, use the grip located in the filter to pull the filter housing out. 3. After the filter and filter housing have been removed, empty the unit. 4. Finally, to replace the dirt cup. Align the bottom of the cup with the notch on the unit and rock it back until it locks in place. ![DC1-4](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DC1-4.png?width=309&height=177&name=DC1-4.png)![DC2-4](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DC2-4.png?width=301&height=193&name=DC2-4.png)![DC3-2](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DC3-2.png?width=377&height=209&name=DC3-2.png) 5. If you are still experiencing reduced suction, it might be time to change your filter. Take the dirt cup out and remove the black filter housing, then pull the filter puck out. ![filter1-Jun-10-2024-01-33-59-2399-PM](https://knowledgelibrary.ttifloorcare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/filter1-Jun-10-2024-01-33-59-2399-PM.png?width=277&height=316&name=filter1-Jun-10-2024-01-33-59-2399-PM.png) 6.
