TIP: When vacuuming liquids, make sure that upon finishing your nozzle remains pointing downwards. Lifting the nozzle or placing the unit upright will cause a motor bypass and leaking.
CAUTION: Make sure when vacuuming liquids, the unit is not submerged or doused in liquid.
Follow these steps to prevent leaking
- If your unit is leaking, your dirt cup might be full. Press the release button on the cup and rock it out of the unit.
- Once the cup is removed, use the grip located in the filter to pull the filter housing out.
- After the filter and filter housing have been removed, empty the unit.
- Finally, to replace the dirt cup. Align the bottom of the cup with the notch on the unit and rock it back until it locks in place.
