Power Swerve Pet - Power Issues

This article contains all the steps necessary to fix power issues with your Vacuum.

Vacuum shuts OFF/ won't turn ON

NOTE: Your unit's battery display will flash once the battery is about to die, make sure to plug the unit and let it charge.

NOTE: When the unit is properly connected it will slowly pulse a light while charging, once fully charged the unit will shut off.

WARNING: If the light display fast blinks there is an error with either your unit or your charger. Please let us know through chat if you see this.
