Power Express - Low/ No Suction

This article contains all the steps necessary to fix suction issues with your Vacuum.

Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction:
  1. Before we start, check that your dirt cup is properly seated in the unit and there are no gaps sometimes this is the sole cause for loss of suction.
  2. Empty your dirt cup by pressing the release button on the lid and rocking the cup out of the unit, then unlock the latch at the bottom to empty the tank.
  3. After emptying the dirt cup, twist dirt cup assembly clockwise to access separator filter and wipe any debris and dust.
  4. With the separator filter removed, twist separator counterclockwise to access the rinseable filter.
  5. If you are currently cleaning, tap your filter until clean then replace it in the unit, otherwise rinse the filter under water until it's clear. Allow 24 hours to dry then replace it in the unit.
  6. After cleaning the rinseable filter, check your hose airpath for any clogs. Make sure your vacuum is upright and press the hose release button, inspect your hose and clear out any clogs, then replace it back in the unit.
  7. Lastly, it is recommended to check the airpath inside the nozzle of the unit. Visit this article to find information about removing the brush roll to clean the nozzle.

CAUTION: Do not replace any of the filters if they are damp.
