Unit leaking
WARNING: If you notice any cracks or tears in your tank, please contact our customer service team.
Follow the following steps:
- Make sure your clean water and solution tank is not overfilled and placed properly on the unit.
- Your clean water tank cap should be clean and installed correctly in the tank to prevent any leaking.
- If necessary, empty the dirty water tank and place it properly on the unit, there should be no gaps once the tank is properly placed in the unit
- If your hose is leaking, inspect the hose for any kinks or tears, if you see any contact customer service. You should also make sure is tightly fitted in the unit.
WARNING: We highly advise to use the correct cleaning solution for this unit, any other cleaning solution could cause excess foaming and a motor bypass. You will notice this because the unit will leak from the exhaust port underneath the unit.
TIP: Once done cleaning is recommended to run your unit for a couple of minutes, allowing the water to make its way to the dirty water tank will reduce the leaking once the unit is stored away.
TIP: It's recommended to store the unit on top of something absorbent, some leaking is normal after usage.
NOTE: The clean water tank cap is taped to the side of the clean water tank when you open the unit for the first time. If you are missing it or it's broken let us know through chat.
