This article contains all the steps necessary to fix suction issues with your Spot Cleaner.

Unit

Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:

NOTE: Once the dirty water tank gets filled, the automatic shut-off is engaged and suction is lost.

        1. Turn your unit off and remove the dirty water tank. You can empty your tank by lifting the lid and emptying the tank.

        2. After emptying the dirty water tank, it is recommended to inspect the filter inside the tank as well as the rubber suction port in the unit underneath the tank for any debris.
        3. After you have cleaned the filter and emptied the tank, make sure you close the lid properly. There should be no gaps in your lid for optimal suction.
        4. Inspect your hose for any kinks or tears. If no issues are found, remove the accessory tool and clear out any clogs that could be in the hose and the accessory.
