Once there is no pressure or steam remaining, the boiler may be opened and filled with water.** **CAUTION:** Do not use any type of cleaning solution besides Dirt Devil steam enhancers. Failing to do so will create clogs in the unit and lead to underperformance.  ### The unit is not powering on/ shuts off 1. First confirm the unit is properly plugged in to a working outlet. Check the cable for any kinks or tears to ensure there no damage to it. 2. Once the unit is turned on, allow a couple of second for it to heat up.
