Vacuum shuts OFF/ won't turn ON
NOTE: Your unit's display will flash once the battery is about to die, make sure to plug the unit and let it charge.
Unit will fully charge in under 4 hours
NOTE: When the unit is properly connected or placed on the charging base it will flash a light while charging, once fully charged the unit will shut off.
- To ensure your unit is properly charging, inspect your charger cord for any kinks or tears. It is recommended to check the outlet is working properly.
- If using the charging base, the cord should be inserted at the bottom of the charging stand at the unlocked position. Twist the charger to lock it in.
- Once the charger has been locked in place, make sure to place your unit firmly on the charger and confirm the charging light is blinking.
