This article contains all the steps necessary to fix suction issues with your Hand vac.
Vacuum has low/ no suction
NOTE: Your battery might be dying or about to die. Check your indicator light to ensure you have enough battery power. Some suction power might be lost once the battery is drained.

Follow these steps to ensure proper suction
- If your unit has low suction, your dirt cup might be full. Twist the dirt cup and the unit to unlock it and pull it out.
- Once the cup is removed, use the grip located in the filter to pull the filter screen out.
- After the filter and filter screen have been removed, empty the unit.
- Finally, to replace the dirt cup. Align the filter screen with the tabs in the dirt cup, then alight the dirt cup sligtly off center and twit back to lock it in place.
- If you are still experiencing reduced suction, it might be time to change your filter. Take the dirt cup out and remove the black filter housing, then pull the filter out.
- Rinse the filter under water until clean or replace it if necessary, then reassemble everything back in the unit.
NOTE: if you're missing the filter housing or the filter, please let customer service know through chat.
NOTE: Allow your filter to dry for up to 24 hours, do not replace it in the unit while damp.
