This article contains all the steps necessary to fix brush roll issues with your Vacuum.
NOTE: If your brush roll is clogged or tangled the automatic shut-off will activate. Remove any debris and tangles by following these steps, then resume cleaning
NOTE: Your thermal protector may have been activated. A thermal protector has been designed
into your cleaner to protect it from overheating.
1. Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug it.
2. Empty the dirt cup, and clean the nozzle, the filter, and the hose connector.
3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is cleaned resume cleaning.

Follow these steps to fix your brush roll:
- Lay the cleaner flat and flip it to expose the nozzle base. The base should lay flat and face up. Remove the five (5) screws.
- Pull and lift the nozzle guard off. Once the nozzle guard has been removed, pull the brush roll up and out from the belt.
- Cut any tangles or debris and replace the brush roll in the unit by passing it through the belt and aligning the ends with the unit. We recommend using your hand to rotate the brush roll to make sure it's properly installed
- Once the brush roll is installed in the unit, replace the nozzle cover and secure the 5 screws in place.
Follow these steps if your belt is damaged or broken
- Following the previous steps, slide the damaged belt off the motor shaft and replace it with a new one.
- Once you have properly placed the belt on the motor shaft, slip the brush roll through the belt, on the are without bristles
- Position the non-belt side end cap of the brush roll into its place in the unit, then carefully stretch the belt until the other side of the brush roll fits properly into place.
- Lastly, reattach the nozzle cover by aligning the three (3) tabs in the base slots. and the 5 screws back in the unit.
