This article contains all the steps necessary to fix suction issues with your canister or if dust is scaping your unit.
TIP: If you are experiencing lower suction try adjusting the Handle suction control. Close it for full suction and Open it for more airflow and slightly reduced power.
Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction
- Let's start by making sure your unit is properly assembled and there are no gaps or clogs in your air path. Insert your hose in the unit until it clicks, the assemble the hose to the extension wand and nozzle end.
- Once you have checked your airpath, press the latch release button on your unit to access the dust bag. Tilt the bottom of the dust bag inwards and then rotate the top of the bag until it clicks into the retaining clip.
- Close the lid until it latches, make sure dust bag is not pinched in the door when closing.
- After replacing the bag, the tab on the right side of the cover to pivot the cover out.
- Pull out the exhaust filter, rinse dirt from both sides and let air dry for 24 hours before reinstalling or until dry
CAUTION: Do not replace any of the filters if they are damp.
