Dirt Devil Power Max Pet/ Endura Max - Low/ No Suction

Follow these steps if you're experiencing low/ no suction:

    1. Let's start by making sure your dirt cup is properly seated in the unit and there are no gaps. 
    2. Empty your dirt cup by pressing the release button (A) on the lid and rocking the cup out, once removed open the trap door by pressing the release (B) mechanism.dc3filter1-Jun-11-2024-08-06-00-8202-PM
 
  1. Once you have removed and emptied the dirt cup, you should remove the rinsable filter by twisting open the lid of the tank.
  2. If you are currently cleaning, tap your filter until clean then replace it in the unit, otherwise rinse the filter under water until it's clear and squeeze it to remove excess water. Allow 24 hours to dry then replace it in the unit.

  3. After you have cleaned the rinsible filter, make sure to pull the separator inside the tank and dust it out, we recommend using the dusting accessory tool your unit has. Once you are done make sure to place it back aligning the notches in the separator with the dirt cup.

  4. After cleaning the rinsable filter and separator, tilt the unit back and release the latch to remove the exhaust filter located between the nozzle and the dirt cup.
  5. Tap the filter until clean or wipe down any remaining dust with a dry cloth. Do not rinse!!exhaust1exhaust2-1exahust3
  6. Lastly, check your hose airpath and extension tools for any clogs. Make sure your vacuum is upright and press the wand release button and the handle release pedal, inspect your hose and clear out any clogs, then replace it back in the unit. It is also recommended to check the suction port inside the nozzle and removing any debris and blockages.
