This article contains information on how to fix suction issues on the Deep Clean Hand Vac.
Follow these steps if the unit has low/ no suction:
TIP: Make sure your battery is charged; you may experience less power once the battery is about to die.
- First, make sure your dirt cup is empty. Click the release button and rock the unit out.
- Align the bottom of the dirt cup with the notch on the unit, then rock it back until it clicks.
- If replacing your dirt cup didn't fix the issue, try cleaning the Filter and checking for any clogs in the airpath. Remove the dirt cup and pull out the filter assembly.
- Remove the filter by pulling the "Pull" tab inside. Clean the filter by tapping away debris. Wash it if necessary and allow it to dry.
- Once your filter is clean and dry, replace it in the unit and try it.
