Check the following if your unit shuts off mid use or refuses to turn ON
Make sure the following is working properly:
- You unit is connected to a working outlet
- There is no outage of power at the location
If the previous things are working fine, inspect your unit for the following:
- If the unit has a clog or the filters need to be cleaned, your unit could be overheated, and the thermal protector is ON
To Reset the thermal protector:
1. Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug it.
2. Empty the dirt cup, and clean the nozzle, the filter, and the hose connector.
3. After 30 minutes, once the unit is cleaned resume cleaning.
